For students who are minors, personal information will be handled based on the intention and consent of their parent or legal guardian.

Personal information provided by students will be used for the following purposes:

• Communication from the Institute
• Administrative guidance related to lesson operations
• Responses to inquiries
• Sending documents or emails

For minor students, personal information will be used only with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.

The Institute appropriately manages personal information and will not disclose or provide such information to third parties except in the following cases:

• When consent has been obtained from the student
• When disclosure is necessary to provide services requested by the student, and the Institute entrusts work to an external contractor
• When disclosure is required by law

For minor students, disclosure to third parties will be made only with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.

The Institute implements appropriate security measures to ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information.

When a student requests the disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal information, the Institute will respond appropriately after confirming the identity of the individual.

For minor students, requests made by a parent or legal guardian will also be handled appropriately upon confirmation.

The Institute complies with applicable Japanese laws and regulations regarding personal information and continuously reviews and improves this Privacy Policy as necessary.
